Booking Terms
- Check-in: between 3PM-10PM
- Check-out: no later than 11AM
- Late check-out (after 11AM) will result in late charges of $20.00 per hour
- Reservations: At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required. Balance payments will be processed 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged.
- Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date require the full rental amount.
- Cancellations: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more, your deposit less $25-50 cancellation fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days, the entire cost of the accommodation is forfeited.
- NO pets!
- NO smoking or vaping inside the suites
- ONLY 2 people are permitted to stay in the suite
- Accommodation is adult only
